Ah! Just as I thought the weather was getting warmer, it suddenly started to rain...The past two days have been raining on and off and I'm tired of it. The weather is already cold as it is; but when you add the rain and the wind it feels as if it's 7 degrees again!

But besides the wet weather one of my friends had her birthday! So me and a bunch of other exchange students got her a cake! The cakes in Korea are so beautiful, but very expensive. But in my opinion, they are definitely worth it! They're not as sweet as American cakes but not as bland as Japanese cakes. They are right in between.

But the highlight of this week was seeing Nanta! At Yonsei there's this club called "Mentors Club" where 4 students are paired up with a Korean student (from Yonsei). The Korean student that we're paired up with is called our mentor. Then we are placed within a
cell containing 4 mentors (and each mentor has 4 exchange students). So this week our cell went out to see Nanta. Nanta is a very popular play, which is performed completely without dialogue. It's about 3 chefs at a restaurant who are forced to work with the boss' nephew and they have to prepare a meal for a royal couple. During the play they cook, chop, and make real food! They also perform acrobatics, fight scenes, and include the audience into their performance. Nanta has been performing since 1997 and they perform worldwide! I never thought Nanta would be so good~!!

Yonsei University is actually associated with Nanta, so we scored VIP seats! |

Do not be surprised that there are some flying props coming to the seat in some parts |
